We are sharing a few recipes made using NutroActive Keto Atta by our Dietitian Saima Shaikh.
KETO CHAPATI
INGREDIENTS
NutroActive Keto Atta
Garam masala
Coriander-Cumin powder
Chili powder
Ginger-garlic paste
Oil /Ghee
Salt (as per your taste)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Make dough using lukewarm water & gradually keep adding oil/ghee. Add salt, red chili powder, coriander-cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and knead it into soft dough. Keep it aside for 10 minutes
- Again knead it for 5-10 minutes with ghee and make it into a soft dough
- Roll into chapati
- Cook on medium flame
- Spread ghee or butter on top of chapati
- Serve hot
KETO STUFFED PARATHA
INGREDIENTS
NutroActive Keto Atta
Chopped methi leaves
Ajwain
Garam masala
Chopped coriander leaves
Chili powder
Oil/Ghee
Salt (as per your taste)
METHOD OF PREPARATION
- Make dough using warm water & gradually keep adding oil/ghee. Keep it aside for 10 minutes
- Again knead it for 5-10 minutes with ghee and make it into a soft dough
- Stuffing: Mix chopped methi leaves, chopped coriander leaves, ajwain, garam masala, chili powder and salt together
- Roll two chapatis, fill the stuffing in between the chapatis
- Prepare stuffed paratha on medium flame.
- Spread ghee or butter on top of paratha
- Serve hot
